Fun CultureCulture Shock About CornIn fact, one of my newsletters back in 2022 shared another phrase of corn in Chinese. They have the same meaning. But one of the characters is different. Not until I got married and moved to the States many years later, I realized that it was a wrong statement. Certain corn is grown for animal feed. But there are some kinds of corn for us, human beings, to enjoy. The reason my teacher made that statement has some ties to the way Chinese serve corn on the cobs. Find out from the exclusives.
