This pasta is wonderful. I tried it out of curiosity. It is a bit more expensive compared to any box pasta. But this one literally does not need you to cook at all. It is a big time saver. If you are conscious of your carb consumption, this is the perfect way to keep you in check. I highly recommend you to try it. Better yet, stock it up when it is on sale.
Yes, you can use regular dry pasta that you may need to make ahead of time before following the recipe to make this dish. It will take longer for the entire process. However, you surely can bump up the volume of this chicken sausage recipe to feed a bigger crowd.
2 bundles Asparagus (about 2.5-3 lbs; trimmed ends and discard. Then, cut spears into 3 equal parts)
2 packs (11oz each) Chicken Sausage (slice about 1/3" thick)
1 bag (8.5oz) Fully Cooked Short Pasta
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
