5-Minute Green Salad With Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette...Yep, that's all it takes.  Only 5 minutes to put this salad together.  It is a great side dish for any meal.  If you want to go light on everything because of diet, this could be your lunch or dinner, too.

All ingredients of this salad dressing are most likely in your pantry already.  Who doesn't have a jar of vinegar, olive oil, jam and/or preserve at home, right?

Strawberry and balsamic vinegar are perfect with each other.  A slight touch of strawberry and its sweetness brings out the flavor of balsamic vinegar.  Raspberry preserve or jam is fine as well.  If you want to just skip the preserve is absolutely ok, too.

5-Minute Green Salad With Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette Recipe and Instructions

Ingredients
1 Box (12oz) Pre-washed Mix Green Vegetables

Dressing
1 heaping tsp Strawberry preserve
2 tsp Balsamic vinegar
4 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 pinch of each of salt and pepper

5-Minute Green Salad With Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette - Toss to coat and serve immediately. Viola!Toss to coat and serve immediately. Viola!
  1. At the bottom of a salad bowl or mixing bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients together
  2. Add mix green on top and toss to coat
  3. Serve immediately
