You most probably think that I came up this recipe while I was eating chips. In fact, I am not a big fan of junk food. I save all the space on enjoying my meals. And I can eat a lot.
How did I come up this recipe? It was really by accident. I always love to try something new. One day, I am thinking to make Mac and cheese with this dip
which I did. And it got me hooked.
This is a very versatile and flexible recipe. You can serve it as side dish or dinner.
If you want your family to eat more vegetables, this would be a great way to start.
To make the meal more filling or to feed more people, serve pasta or
rice on the side. There will be enough sauce and vegetables to serve up
a delicious family dinner. So, even feeding 6-8 people, you can still
get the dinner on the table in 30 minutes.
Of course, you can cut the quantity into half for a smaller group of crowd or family. Other than using California Blend Vegetables, Salsa Con Queso will
