Hawaiian fried rice is a 100% pantry staple recipe. It is super easy and delicious. Making fried rice in Hawaiian style don't need to go too far. You can make it at home and feed a big crowd with a small budget. This recipe is a MUST try.

To make 6 cups (1022g) of cooked rice, you will need 4 cups (681g) of long grain uncooked rice (not par-boiled) and 6 cups (1420g) of water. Refer to perfectly steamed white rice.
If you choose to use par-boiled rice, follow the directions on the package. Beware that different brands may have different measurements.
No matter which way you choose to prepare the rice, be sure that great fried rice must use cooked rice and completely cool down. The main purpose is to allow all the moisture evaporated from the rice. Refer to best fried rice recipes for more info.
Personally, I love to use leftover rice. It always feels great to find a way to re-purpose the leftover and turn it into something special.
Ingredients
6-7 cups (1022-1192g) cooked rice
1 can (12oz / 340g) Spam (diced)
1 can (20oz / 567g) Sliced Pineapple (drained very well and cut into bite size)
3-4 Eggs
1/2 cup (76g) Frozen Green Peas and/or 2 Scallion (chopped; both ingredients are optional)
1/4 cup (54g) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Superior Dark Soy Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Cut Spam into 1/4" (6mm) dices.
Cook overnight white rice in a deep skillet.
Push rice to the side and add diced Spam in the middle of the pan.
Brown Spam.
Add eggs into rice and Spam mixture.
Stir vigorously until eggs are solidified.
Stir in pineapple to warm it through.
Stir in frozen green peas (optional).
Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper to taste. ENJOY!Serve This With:
