Ham leftover recipes....in fact, I am more excited about these recipes than a ham dinner. I know, I know....you think I am crazy. But if you check them out, you will feel the same way as I do.

These ham leftover recipes use everything from meat to bone. Nothing goes to waste. Endless creative and delicious meal ideas.

There are so many possibilities. It is only limited by your imagination.

But what made me to put together this list of delicious ham leftover recipes?

It is because of my mom. We were raised not to waste any food. My mom always tells us, "There are many people in this world suffering from hunger. Treasure what you have." She still does. It is like a basic principle for us that no matter how better off we are, we never take anything for granted.

While I am writing this page, I can hear her telling me exactly the same thing like sitting next to me on the dining table.

I know some people in the walk of my life eating ham sandwich every day throughout the whole week after the ham dinner. They try to finish all the leftover. However, you get tired of it. At the end, you can't stand it anymore. The rest of the
ham belongs to the garbage.

That's always the last thing I want to see and/or hear.

Lucky me, I get some ham leftover from my friends or family (whoever host that ham dinner). It gave me plenty of opportunities to experiment.

Until I make my own ham dinner, LOL....leftover is not enough to make these delicious dinner. Hey! You know....when you are doing something you love, you can't help it, right?
